She is survived by: her children, Tiffanie Shelton, Andrea Clark (Mickey) and Ryan Damm (Carla); her grandchildren, Hayley Grove (Adam), Tatum Clark, Karmyn Shelton, Clarissa Poulter, Alexis Drake, Taylor Clark and Tyler Clark; her great grandchild Karl Engelbrecht; her granddaughter Dale Engelbrecht; and her siblings, Cindy Dean, Richard Bush (Marsha), Greg Bush (Felicia) and Johnny Bush. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
