He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl W. Young and Theldy Young (Kirk); and his brother Bill Young. He is survived by: his wife Norma J. Young; his children, Earl L. Young (Deanna), Kathy L. Foley (Timothy) and Janet L. Rogier; and his grandchildren, Phillip L. Young (Kristen), Matthew E. Young (Sara), Michael B. Young (LaChrista), Nicholas P. Foley (Tonya), Kristy L. Ulrey (Jeff), Amy F. Cooper (Adam), Kara Beth Kaufmann (Kevin) and Ryan R. Rogier. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
