Daywalt of Chandler, IN; her children, Carly Slone (Eric) of Oakland City, IN, Shad Klos (Cindy) of Evansville, IN and Tamora Wilhelm (Jeremy) of Hunlock Creek, PA; her daughter-in-law Lindsey Daywalt of Chandler, IN; her daughter Meleah Butler of Oakland City, IN; her father Robert Foster, Sr. of Evansville, IN; her grandchildren, Shane, Christian, Harley, Brandon, Haven, Breea, Skyler, Landon and Ethan; and her great grandchild Charlie.
