We are sad to announce that on August 15, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Naomi Yvonne Hazard of Chandler, Indiana, born in Clay, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest R. Taylor and Lottie Taylor; her brother Benjamin J. Taylor; and her great grandchild Mya Norman. She is survived by: her husband William Leon Hazard; her daughters, Kendra Hall (Carl) and Michelle Hazard; her stepdaughters, Tammie Boyer (Randy) and Debbie Keith (Kenny); her grandchildren, Lacey Norman (Adam), Justin Fleischmann, Chelsey Ross (Dustin), Keshia Seger Kensey Hall (Colton) and Bennett Hall; her great grandchildren, Emma, Zayden, Milley, Lillian, Zillionna and Zeplynn; and her brother Ernest D. Taylor (Mary). She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Hospital.
