She is survived by: her husband Dale Happe; her son Justin Spaulding of Cynthiana, IN; her grandsons, Tyler Spaulding, Zachary Spaulding and Alex Spaulding; and her siblings, Richard Spaulding of Bicknell, IN, Timothy Spaulding of Greenfield, IN, Brian Spaulding of Greenfield, IN and Susan Gossage of Greenfield, IN.
