Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved JoAnn Fowler of Chandler, Indiana, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 92, on June 15, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Philiph Koch and Iva Koch (Cobb); and her daughters, Janis Davis and Jyl Rice. She is survived by: her husband Dick Fowler of Chandler; and her children, James Heuring (Debbie) of Chandler and Joyce Fussner (Don) of Newburgh. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several great and great great grandchildren.
