He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Wade. He is survived by: his father Ernie Wade of Elberfeld; his daughter Chloe of Elberfeld; his brother Jim Wade (Julie) of Evansville; his nephew Eric Wade (Brittany) of Evansville; his great-nephew Bennett; and his niece Megan Krems (Josh) of Evansville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 318 Main St, Evansville, IN 47708.
