He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Wilson and Mamie Wilson (Corum); his wife Daisy M. Wilson (Baughn); his daughter Irene Payne; his grandsons, Larry and Donnie Payne; and his pet Bear.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Larry; his children, Carol Cates (Larry), Rev. Wilma Kirk and John Ball (Linda); and his siblings, Cathern Reynolds, Hazel Clark (Frank) and Alfred Wilson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
