He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William D. Keutzer and Mary Helen Allgood Nelson. He is survived by: his stepmother Mary Sigler Keutzer of Brandon; his brother Dr. Kurt Keutzer of El Cerrito; his stepsister Shannon Dietrich of Reading; and his aunt Becky Myer of Indianapolis, IN.
