He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Ruth Eichelberger and Fay Kramer; his aunt Jody Gurgevich; his uncle Walter Gize; his cousin Greg Gize; and his brother Dennis.
He is survived by: his parents, Brian Kramer and Donna Kramer; his siblings, Andrew (Erica) and Emily Cobb (Logan); his nieces and nephews, Oliver, Gavin Cobb, Soleil and Georgene Kramer; his grandfather Gilbert Kramer; his fiancée Heather Trice; his fiancée's child Kyle; and also Ophelia. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home (2020 State St, Washington, IN 47501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's honor to the Knox County Fair of the charity of your choosing.
