With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie B Nelson of Chandler, Indiana, born in Plainville, Indiana, who passed away on September 28, 2020 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bissey and Stella Bissey (Swallers); her husband Kenneth "Tot" Nelson; and her siblings, Richard Bissey, Jack Bissey, Thelma McBride, Lorraine Miles and Dortha Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughter Jan Taylor (Royce); her grandchildren, Thomas Westfall (Sarah) and Patrick Westfall (Jacquie); and her great grandchildren, Ryan Westfall, Luke Westfall and Owen Westfall. She is also survived by niece.
