He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Higgs of Chandler, IN; his children, Anthony Todd Higgs of Evansville, IN and Tera Lynn Heldt (Farley) of Newburgh, IN; his grandchildren, Calen Heldt and Savannah Heldt; and his siblings, Edyth Ford of Chandler, IN, Ricky Higgs (Donna) of Chandler, IN and Terry Higgs of Chandler, IN. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
