He is survived by: his parent David Ratzaff; his wife Linda Moseley of Chandler, IN; his mother Peggy Whitaker; his children, Joshua Lewis (Rosey Clowdus) of Salem, OR, Tyler Lewis (Rebecca Bednarz) of Salem, OR, DeLana Davis of Chandler, IN, Daphne Levi of Evansville, IN and John Francis Davis of Chandler, IN; his grandchildren, Zandra Lewis, Austin Davis, Luella Maday, Amanda Maday, Christina Maday, John Edward Davis, Clark Fehrenbacher, Chase Fehrenbacher, Abigalle Davis, Jorja Levi and Olivia Levi; his siblings, Samantha Pate (Jon) of Chandler, IN, Kathleen Ratzlaff-Gilbert of Seaside, OR, Krystal Ratzlaff-Ransom of Salem, OR and Greg Lewis; and his nieces, Kati Mae Pate, Dani Mae Pate, Whitney Whitaker and Chelsea Whitaker.
