He is survived by: his children, Bart Cotner (Laurissa Shields) of Bloomington, IN, Hannah Webster (Jay Wells) of Indianapolis, IN and Allison Whitehouse (Billy) of Roanoke, VA.; his grandchildren, Brooklynn, Bryson Cotner of Bloomington, IN, Zachary, Alexis Braughton, Owen Webster, Jaxon Wells of Indianapolis, IN and Jonathan "Jack" Whitehouse of Roanoke, VA.; his brothers, Stephen (Karen) and John Cotner (Paula); his caregivers, Cathy, Byron, Joseph, Lacy, Keisha, Jeremy, Shirley, Michelle, Dawn and Rhiannon; and also Rebecca Williams (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
