He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Booth and Jenny Beck Booth; his son Dan Richard Booth; and his sister Beverly Orr. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bartlett Booth; his children, Jon Booth (Christina) of Camarillo, Kevin Booth (Amy) of Indianapolis, Indiana, Susan Booth of Centerville and Deborah Biga of Richmond, Indiana; his grandchildren, Mika Booth (Jessica Price) of Powell, Vincent Biga of Muncie, Colin Booth, Eliot Booth of Camarillo, Mazzy Booth and Macsen Booth of Indianapolis, Indiana; his great grandchildren, Mirabella and Walker Booth of Powell, Tennessee; and his siblings, Carol Sweeney and Larry Booth of Liberty, Indiana. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; many friends; and his beloved cats.
