She was predeceased by: her uncle Dennis Toschlog; and her close friend Brittany Cones Balthis. She is survived by: her adoptive father Tom (Marlene Ruble Toschlog); her children, Bradyn, Kyleigh and Chloe; and her parents, Marlene Ozbun (Mark) and Tom Toschlog. She is also survived by aunts; uncles; cousins; and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made at any First Bank location "Tina Toschlog Fund" to help provide for her children.
