He is survived by: his wife Teresa Eggers Fultz; his children, Rachele Severance (Stacey) of Hagerstown, Shane Fultz (Jessica Conners) of Richmond and Jessica Fultz of Brownsville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Wyatt (Ashton), Grace, Cain, Emma, Ethan, Lilly, Kennedy, Marley and Presley; his great grandchild Sawyer; his siblings, Kenneth Fultz Jr., Debbie Hilton, Kathy Fultz and Bobby Fultz (Candy); and his friends, Mark and Randall Jordan. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins.
