She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Taulbee and Ruth Havens Taulbee; and her sisters, Diane Taulbee Johnson and Lurlene Taulbee Ratliff. She is survived by: her husband James Junior Harper of Richmond; her daughters, Donna June Carter (Keith) and Rhonda Jean Steele (Tony); and her grandchildren, Joshua Bryan Carter (Chelsea) of Centerville, Justin Keith Carter of Centerville, Jacob Anthony Steele (Rae) of Centerville, Jessica Hope Benham (Corwin) of Greenwood, IN and Jacquelynn Faith Steele of Centerville. She is also survived by three sisters in Kentucky and many nieces and nephews.
She was a life-long resident of Centerville/Richmond, Indiana, areas and went to be with the Lord on December 26, 2020, due to secondary infection caused by COVID.
