He was predeceased by: his parents, Buff Ramey and Celebelle Jarrett Ramey. He is survived by: his wife Jean Dils Ramey; his children, Jackie Hutchings (Tom) of Richmond, Jennie Wellman (Joe) of Centerville, Jill Halloran (Ryan) of Richmond and Jeff Ramey (Sherry Turner) of Centerville; his grandchildren, Josh, Chrissy (Brian), Ryan, Wade (Miranda), Nick and Sarah Jo (Corey); his great grandchildren, Alexia, Kiera, Liam and Emmy-Jean; and his brother Jim Ramey (Karen) of Sevierville, Tennessee. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
