He is survived by: his wife Carol Guthrie Perry; his daughter Lori Givens (Mark) of Centerville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Deven Goble, Lorin Burke, Jerrick Steele and Summer Strunk; and his great grandchildren, Ellie Burke, Mia Burke, Marleigh Burke, Cayden Goble, Sophia Goble and Athena Steele.
