He was predeceased by: his stepmother Linda Cox. He is survived by: his wife Becky Dishmond Cox; his daughter Jessica Hinshaw (Jason) of Centerville; and his grandchildren, Keiten Smith, Ava Smith, Hadleigh Smith and Tammy Smith.
