He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Spears and Dorothy Ellis Spears; and his siblings, Janette Hauser, Carol James and David Spears.
He is survived by: his wife Leslie Cline Spears; his daughter Tammy Smith (Anthony); his grandchildren, Hunter Davis, Ravyn Davis (Doug Williams) and John Andrew "Drew" Davis; his brother Bryan Spears (Tammy); his siblings-in-law, Cindy Spears, Laura Beck (Darrell), Charles Hauser and Junior James; and his little buddy John Pardo. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Doan & Mills Funeral Home (790 W Nat'l Rd, Richmond, IN 47374). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church (337 W Maple St, Cambridge City, IN 47327). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Crown Hill Cemetery (407 Short St, Centerville, IN 47330). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 7:00 PM.
Memorial contributions may be made to: Centerville Fire/Rescue Auxiliary, P.O. Box 364, Centerville, IN 47330, with the money to be used to aid in funding for healthcare/public safety education.
