He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Andrew and Thelma Andrew (Guy); his wife Nancy E. Andrew (Conway); and his brother John Claude Andrew. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca "Becca" Heacox of Centerville, IN and Elizabeth "Libby" Andrew of Jeffersonville, IN; his grandchildren, Kimberly Blankenship (Chris), Kelly McCarty (Keith) and Andrew Heacox (Aimee); and his brother Homer Andrew of Hagerstown, IN.
