He is survived by: his wife Donna Spivey Owens; his sons, Wilburn Owens (Jessica) of Indianapolis and Todd Durgan (Cristy) of Washington State; his grandchildren, Samantha Owens, Ashley Owens, Weston Riggle, AuBrynn Riggle and Tabatha Peery; his great grandchildren, Remington Elaine Parrott, Tatum Hipple and Carson Peery; and his sister Nancy Owens of Iron Station. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and many friends.
