She was predeceased by: her parents, Estill Marcum and Della Radar Marcum; her husband Earl Brasfield; her siblings, Trevia Vickers, Verneae Marcum, Phillis Skeens, Virl, Cleo, Gene and Everette Marcum; and her half-brother Dallas McKinney.
She is survived by: her children, Trevia Renia Moody (Aubrey) of Abington, Indiana and Brandon Brasfield (Tami) of New Palestine, Indiana; her stepdaughter Natalie Taylor of Sacramento, California; her grandchildren, Richard, Nicholas Moody, Cage, Steele Brasfield, Jesse and Ashley Taylor; and her great grandchild Bowie Moody.
