He is survived by: his wife Gen Taube Phenis; his children, Jenelle Burris (Chris) of Greens Fork, Indiana and Paul Phenis (Cheryl) of Centerville; his grandsons, Trent Burris (Katelyn) of Centerville, Kevin Burris (Jessica) of Bellevue, Chad of Centerville and Tyler Phenis of Centerville; his great grandchildren, Eliza and Skye Burris of Bellevue, Nebraska; and his sister Jean Hobbs of Placentia, California. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
