He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Betz of Celestine, IN; his children, Jason Betz (Laura) of Celestine, IN, Stephanie Buening of Huntingburg, IN and Alison Lindauer (Matthew) of Holland, IN; his grandchildren, Brooke Buening, Zoey Buening, Lisa Lindauer, Abram Betz, Lee Lindauer and Jacob Betz; and his siblings, Luanna Wessel (Kenny) of Mariah Hill, IN, Edwin Betz (Judy) of Celestine, IN, Bob Betz (Arlene) of Schnellville, IN, Vic Betz (Connie) of Celestine, IN, Patty Burke of Celestine, IN, Janie Kempf (John), Sylvia Kern (Ray) of Mariah Hill, IN, JoAnn Voelkel (Kurt) of Ireland, IN, Franny Brosmer (Steve) of Jasper, IN, Hilbert Betz (Janice) of Celestine, IN and Kathy Knust (Greg) of Schnellville, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
