It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan E. Steffe of Celestine, Indiana, who passed away on March 2, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Hasenour and Theresia Hasenour (Mathies); her husband James L. Steffe; her children, Cheryl Mehringer (Ed) of Celestine, IN and Mike Steffe (Ann) of Ferdinand, IN; her grandsons, Luke, Reid Steffe, Ross and Evan Mehringer; and her brother Delmar Hasenour.

Memorial contributions may be to St. Celestine Cemetery Fund, the Celestine Fire Department or to a favorite charity.
