She is survived by: her parents, Richard R. Reckelhoff and Joan A. Reckelhoff (Nord); her husband Aaron Blackgrave of Celestine; her daughters, Halle Blackgrave and Aubre Blackgrave; her sisters, Vicki Lieber (Christian) of Colorado Springs and Susan Wood of Elberfeld, IN; and her parents-in-law, Marge Kreilein (Ken) of Celestine and Tim Blackgrave of Jasper.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Isidore Parish, the Dubois County Community Foundation - Jan Blackgrave Memorial Fund, or the Lange Fuhs Cancer Center.
