He is survived by: his father John Frank; his wife Rachelle Frank of Celestine, IN; his children, Austin and Alaina Frank; his mother Valerie Thompson (Knies); his stepparents, Brian Thompson of Celestine, IN and Hannah Frank of Huntingburg, IN; his sister Kirby Muldoon (Mark) of Zionsville, IN; and his grandmother Delphine Knies of Jasper, IN.
