She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Humbert and Clara Humbert (Kleinhelter); her husband Norman Hassfurther; her daughter Sue Neukam; her sons-in-law, Tim Neukam and Jerry Terwiske; her siblings, Robert Humbert and Irene Lueken; and her siblings-in-law, Louis Lueken, Ronald Marks and Helen Humbert.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Terwiske, Julie Ebert (Jerry), Amy Lindauer (Fred), Joni Hassfurther, Gary Hassfurther (Lori) of Celestine, Jasper of Celestine, Mike Hassfurther (Ann) of Celestine and Kurt Hassfurther (Sharon) of Celestine; her siblings, Linus Humbert, Aileen Lueken (Ray) and Margie Marks; and also Elaine Humbert. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Dubois County.
