He was predeceased by: his siblings, Janet Van Allen and Timothy Van Allen; and his parents, William L. Allen and Margaret G. Van Allen. He is survived by: his wife Patti Maksoudian; his children, Jennifer Van Allen (Jorge Calvente), Timothy Van Allen and William Van Allen Jr.; his granddaughter Celeste Ivy Calvente; his siblings, Kathleen Kalmes (late Robert) of Dyer, IN and Joseph Van Allen of Schererville, IN; and his former wife Debbie Kortum Patten. He is also survived by his nephews, cousins, extended family, and many friends.
