She was predeceased by: her mother Scarlet LaVelle. She is survived by: her children, Brandi Lucas and Jacob Surface; her grandson Kaiden John; her father George LaVelle; and her sisters, Kathy Reed (Clifford), Jodi LaVelle and Amy Cholewa (Tony).
