She was predeceased by: her brothers, Fredrick and William Sullivan. She is survived by: her husband George; her daughters, Kathy Reed (Clifford) of Cedar Lake, Susan Surface of Cedar Lake, Jodi LaVelle of South Bend and Amy Cholewa (Tony) of Crown Point; her siblings, James Sullivan (Cheryl) of Shelby and Colleen Styck (James); and her pet Minnie. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
