She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Bojda and John Bojda; and her brother Frank Bojda. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Myszak; her children, Susan Kopanda (Charles), Steven Myszak (Monty) and Sheryl Corey (James); her grandchildren, Nathan, Madeline, Katelan Kopanda, Samantha, Luke Corey and Sonny Myszak; and her sisters, Carol Rissky (Ned), Janice Bojda (Dan Harper) and Karen Bojda (Bob Rubendunst). She is also survived by aunt and in-law to her extended family.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Burdan Funeral Home and Crematory (12901 Wicker Ave, Cedar Lake, IN 46303). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holy Name Catholic Church (11000 W 133rd Ave, Cedar Lake, IN 46303). A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Name Cemetery (11000 W 133rd Ave, Cedar Lake, IN 46303).
