He is survived by: his wife Mary Warwick; his sons, David Warwick (Melanie), Donald D. Warwick and Mark Warwick (Sheila); and his stepdaughters, Amy DeVinney and Melissa Saxsma (Andy). He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
