He was predeceased by: his children, Kay and Glen Sharp; and his parents, Herman Sharp and Fern Sharp. He is survived by: his wife Ann Sharp; his children, Nancy Sharp and Bruce Sharp (Julie); his grandchildren, Greg (Rachele), Adam (Becca), Ruth, Lily and Henry Sharp; his sisters, Diane Sharp and Karen Frangis (late Tom); and his daughter-in-law Judy Sharp. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, his many nieces, nephews, and good friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Ron's name to the First United Methodist Church.
