It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Echterling of Cedar Lake, Indiana, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Maggie"; his parents, Bert Echterling and Grace Echterling; and his son-in-law Randy G. Cole. He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn E. Cole and Robin Kiraly (James); his grandchildren, Shannon Vyhnanek (Wade) and Masen G. Cole; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Vyhnanek and Audee Vyhnanek.
