She is survived by: her children, Tim Gembala (Cheryl) and Lisa Gembala; her grandchildren, Kelsey, Camerron, Kendra Gembala, Tiffany Layman and John Gianopolis; and her great grandchildren, Kaya and Russell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
