She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Caldwell and Robert Caldwell; her sons, Chris and Bob Pickett; and her siblings, Carol Ison, Sharon Brackett, Karen Caldwell and Wesley Caldwell.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Moore; her sister Cathy Sams (Darrell); her children, Navada Terry (Jermaine) and Leo Pickett (Carrie); and her stepchildren, Misty Hatch (Ronnie), Samantha Moore and Franklyn Voorhies. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Special Olympics in Lake County, Indiana, to continue Lee Ann's legacy of love and support for others.
