He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jennifer Bultema; his children, Ryan, Josh, Lauren, Rachel and Lydia; his parents, Allen Bultema and Doreen Bultema; his parents-in-law, Ken and Judy Ooms (late Art Zandstra); his siblings, Wendy Buiter (Rob), Tricia Ipema (Dave), Keith Bultema (Kristy), Karl Bultema (Sarah), Kim Deckinga (Mike) and Kurt Bultema (Laura); and his siblings-in-law, Jodi Zandstra, Lisa Laud (late Chris) and Joel Zandstra (Ashley).
