She is survived by: her parents, Debby Seldomridge (Brian) and John Domka (Tracey); her husband Brian Lacy; her daughters, Alexis and Hayli Lacy; her parents-in-law, Diane Lacy and Randy Lacy; her brothers, Mathew Domka (Arianne) and Connor Lepacek; her brother-in-law Nick Lacy; her nephews, Joshua Lacy-Polletta and Justin Lacy; and her stepsiblings, Michael Seldomridge, Alex Van Vuren (Amy), Max Van Vuren, Danielle Slocum (Joshua), Casey Hendricks (Phillip) and Elizabeth Lindahl. She is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
