He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Jr. and Mary H. Blades (Reuss); his wife Bonita L. Martini; and his sister Elizabeth Louise Blades. He is survived by: his children, Mark Blades (Amy) of Cedar Grove, Brad Blades (Samantha) of Brookville, Krista Flaugh (Tim) of Winchester, Nikki Blades of Cedar Grove and Kevin Blades (Emily) of Brookville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Morgan Blades, Paige Buchanan (Hunter), Dylan Blades, Nathan Blades, Jacob Flaugh, Josie Flaugh, Logan Blades and Grant Blades; and his brother Jerry Blades of Cedar Grove. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
