He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Webb and Doris Webb (Aldrich). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Barr; his children, Crystal, Carla and Curt (Kelsey); and his siblings, James R. Webb (Priscilla) and Reva Newell (Freeman). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Steve's name to Orchard Hills Church of Christ or to the family to help with expenses.
