Lewis Jr. of Cayuga, Indiana, born in Clinton, Indiana, who passed away on December 20, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Lewis, and Richard Lewis, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Doris and Willis Swem; and his close friend Max.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his brothers, Roger Lewis (Tonya) and William Lewis (Ann); his brother-in-law Jim Dudley (Viv); his brother Greg Ratliff; his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Shelby, Billy, Amanda, David, Josh, Heather, Staci, Cole and Dane; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brantley, Eli and Evelyn.
