He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joe Holliday, Zendy Holliday and Fairlyn Holliday. He is survived by: his children, Chuck Holliday (Fran), Michelle Heavilin (Pete), David Holliday (Cindie), Christa VanSant (Jon) and Lisa Sonksen; his grandchildren, Brad Heavilin (Yoko), Shaun Heavilin (Jessica), Ashlea VanSant, Jerod VanSant, Robert Holliday, Kayla Holliday, Wyatt Moncrief, Carly Holliday and Michael E. Holliday; his siblings, Diane Unger (Trent), Ellen Perry (Larry), Melvin Holliday and Shirley Holliday; his close friend Roger (Marilyn); and his wife Donna. He is also survived by his seven nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to his family to assist with final expenses.
