She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Perry and Grace Perry (Wilson). She is survived by: her husband Clarence Donald Hawn; her children, Lola Kay Epperson (Skip) of Eugene, IN, Patty Lynn James (Steve) of Cayuga, IN, Sheila Diane Pasquale (Rick) of Eugene, IN, Jennifer Louise Axtell (Phillip) of Eugene, IN and Donald Ray Hawn (Kathy) of Cayuga, IN; and her sisters, Nancy Perry of Newport, IN and Anna Mae Partridge (Mike) of Evansville, IN. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren; three step grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given in her name to Eugene United Methodist Church, 5227 N. Water Street, Cayuga, IN 47928.
