She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy D. Foreman and Fern Foreman (Burke); her husband Donald L. Chew; her granddaughters, Katherine and Jan Chew; and her siblings, Norma Pueschner, Carole Hawkins, Juanita Julick, Roy Foreman, Jr. and Louis Ray Foreman.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Chew (Connie) of Cayuga and Dean Chew (Debbie) of Covington, Indiana; her grandchildren, Hannah Belser (Chad) of Cayuga, Indiana, Bethany Jumps (Zach) of Pittsfield and Riley Chew of Covington, Indiana; her great grandchildren, Bowen and Dawson Belser; her siblings, Connie Clark of Lafayette, Ruby Schilling of Rushville, Indiana, Kaye Foreman (Chris) of Perrysville and Carl Foreman (Thelma) of Danville, Indiana; and her brother-in-law Duane Hawkins of Plainfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
