She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Jim Spann. She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Spann of Cayuga; her grandchildren, Derek Spann (Dee) of Perrysville and Stacy Stephens (David) of Cayuga; her great grandchildren, Harleigh Gayler (Chuck), Isaac Craft, Kayleb Stephens and Kyler Stephens; and her great great grandchildren, Jennings, John Thomas and Atley.
Memorial donations may be given in her name to donor's choice of charity.
