She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Lewis and Hattie Lewis (Jones); and her husband Charles Ivan Arrasmith. She is survived by: her siblings, Mitch Lewis, Bill Lewis, Betty Wilburn (Lewis), Ike Lewis, Sim Lewis and Ronny Lewis; and her children, Pamela Donald (Gene) of Fort Wayne and David Arrasmith (Rhonda) of Cayuga, Indiana. She is also survived by four grandchildren; 3 great granddaughters, and many loved nieces and nephews.
